1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for or using any part of the winmr platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and winmr ("Platform").

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the winmr platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of those changes.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use winmr's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Hold a valid identity document (MyKad or equivalent).
• Not be legally prohibited from participating in betting activities.
• Not be enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of a third party.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only allowed to register one (1) winmr account. Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different information, is prohibited. winmr reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts without any compensation.

During the registration process, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information including your full name as per your identity document, an active mobile number, and a valid email address. winmr may require additional verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or when any irregularities on an account are suspected.

You are responsible for keeping your winmr account password secure and not sharing it with anyone. All activity that occurs through your account, whether authorised or not, is entirely your responsibility.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The winmr platform accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30. The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawals are processed within one hour after the request is confirmed by the winmr finance team.

• All deposits must be made using an account or payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit.
• winmr does not bear any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.
• Any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity will be held and reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

The winmr welcome bonus offers a 200% match on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement that must be met is 10 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.

Verified calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering required: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM888 (maximum cap) → Balance RM1,888 → Wagering required: RM888 × 10 = RM8,880

All promotions are for the use of one user per household, one device and one IP address. Any attempt to exploit promotions through dishonest means will result in the cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on winmr, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and 4D lottery, are subject to the respective game rules set by the game providers. In the event of any conflict between a provider's game rules and these terms, winmr's terms shall apply.

Game results generated by the system have been verified and are final. winmr is not responsible for any technical failures that occur outside the platform's control, including internet disruptions or hardware failures on the user's end.

• Any winnings obtained through a technical error or system bug are invalid and subject to cancellation.
• The use of third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• winmr reserves the right to void bets suspected of involving manipulation or fraud.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

winmr users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using bots, automated software or any automation tools in gameplay.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game results.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the winmr platform.
• Attempting to hack, intrude or disrupt the platform's systems.
• Registering an account using another person's identity without authorisation.

Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and/or appropriate legal action.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

You have the right to close your winmr account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures.

winmr reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• There is a violation of these terms and conditions.
• Account information provided is found to be inaccurate or false.
• There is suspected activity involving fraud or money laundering.
• The user is found to be below the minimum age requirement.
• Directed to do so by the relevant authority or regulatory body.

9. Liability Limit

winmr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use this platform's services. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of expected profits.

The winmr platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to keep the platform running smoothly, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from disruptions, errors, or vulnerabilities at all times.

10. Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

winmr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest provisions.

The winmr platform operates under international licensing and complies with the relevant laws and regulations within its jurisdiction. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through winmr's official complaint procedure before being referred to the relevant regulatory body.
